The Showcase Files
How This Works
This is a list of interesting tools we're keeping our eye on, both out of interest as techies and because the nature of their offering makes them potentially good fits for Hit Subscribe. To possibly get their attention and to refine and demonstrate the power of community-sourced content, we're interested in you, the members of our community, writing tutorals showcasing their offerings. There are two ways you can appoach this, at your discretion.
- Write whatever you want on your blog or a community site like DEV. If you get their attention and introduce them to us, we'll pay you 10% of the revenue from the first year of our work with them as a rev share.
- Pitch a post to us, and if we agree, we'll pay you the standard author rate for the post and publish it on Hit Subscribe's blog. If this leads to business, we'll also pay the 10% rev share.
If you pick something from this list, we'll pay you for a good showcase. If you have an idea for a different tool, we're all ears, and will pay for it on a case-by-case basis. And you're of course welcome to write about absolutely anything you like on your own blog or community sites, and the revenue share offer applies to anything you do on our site, yours or elsewhere.
